Lot of improvement to overwrite copy/move handler
Hello,
In this version, it have lot of improvement to intercept the copy/move of file manager (explorer under windows). It allow create file copier of easy way. It used into ultracopier 0.3 (where you can just create interface or copy engine), and it have correct stability. It work on windows 8 64Bits developper preview.
This version improve the relability, bug prevent, not intercept the copy/move if ultracopier is closed (or had crash), that's if continue to keep the copy/move handler.

EDIT: Great improvement of stability for crash, resume after crash, named pipe flood read block, ...
